About the Wine: The Clos Du Val 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from Yountville, California. The wine aged in 100% stainless steel for five months.
14.1% ABV
Flavor Profile: Aromas of citrus and citrus blossom. Palate is CLEAN, crisp, and dry AZZ. Dominant flavors of citrus, lemongrass and chamomile with a finish that delicately lingers with a gentle grass-herb aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Pan seared swordfish, coconut rice, mango salsa, topped with a little Thai spiced slaw.
