Easy Homemade Mango Salsa

Prep Time: 20 minutes

All the work is in the prep. Depending on how speedy a chopper you are, it may not even take you 20 minutes to put this salsa together!


  • 2 whole mangos, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 or 2 jalepenos, finely diced (and de-seeded, depending on spice level desired)
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped


  • Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Taste, adding additional lime, vinegar, or sugar as needed.
  • Let set in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
