This a simple recipe for savory pastry dough. Use this dough for savory quiches, tarts, or meat pies.

Ingredients
- 225 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams cold, unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 3 tablespoons ice water
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- Add the cold butter cubes to the bowl and massage it together with the flour until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Mix in the salt.
- One tablespoon at a time, add the ice water to the flour mixture and knead until it comes together in a smooth dough.
- Wrap in plastic wrap to chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
